I need a nap

Is she introducing me this job out of good will or ...?
right now, there's nothing i'm feeling suspicious of but i'd remind myself to be cautious.
i definitely must make a trip down for the talk before deciding if i wanna join this Company.

I have thousands of questions in mind.

  • The DSAS is a trade organisation for the direct selling industry and was founded by a small group of legitimate direct selling companies in Singapore to represent the interests of legitimate direct selling companies in Singapore.
  • DSAS is an affiliate of the World Federation of Direct Selling Association (WFDSA) and is also an institutional member of the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE)
  • It serves as platform for member companies to meet regularly and discuss mutual issues relating to the industry.
  • DSAS also interacts with other direct selling associations in ASEAN and East Asia countries as well as with the DSA in the United States.
  • As of March 2003 , Amway Singapore has been officially accepted into DSAS.
  • Country Manager of Amway Singapore relates, "We are very pleased to be a member of DSAS and we look forward to working with the industry to make the environment more conducive for the direct selling business. Our entry into DSAS is a stepping stone for the company to play a more active role in the development and regulation of the direct selling industry."

I'm not that confident about how capable i am at being a sales person.
they say sales is about Bullshitting your clients / potential customers and i suck at such.

I've been a part time promoter before and i was sacked in less than 2 weeks time cos i always fail to get sales, not even one.
at that time, i was under Phyto & Lierac. i wasn't sent for any training or given any samples.
like how the hell do i know how reliable your products are?!

Maybe it has got something to do with principles la.
if you don't even use the products you're recommending or selling, you shouldn't go around praising it blindly.

I'm considering whether or not i should dsitribute Amway's products.
as you can see, it's direct sales. i'm told that this company doesn't work in the Pyramid way. i'm not sure how trustable the source is... still, i should give them a chance to explain and myself a chance to see if i'd be able to make a mark in this market right?

Of course, i've no intentions in getting into the Sales line. i only need to earn some extra cash for my next course.
very 'kiasu'... i'm attending only the third lesson for my first course and i'm planning for my second course.
if i quitmy current job, the next job i'd highly go for would be something relevant to Human Resource Management.

There's a few products under Amway;
L.O.C, SA8 & Amway listed under Homecare products.
Aloe Care, Body Series, Tolsom, Glister & Satinique mainly for Personal products.
iCook, Queen Cookware, WTS, Atmosphere & eSpring Home Tech products.
Artistry Skincare Products (i'm currently using them.)
Nutrilife Wellness and Nutrition products.

*sighs
second lesson tonight!
i'm so tired even though i took my nerve vitamin aleady.
