CPF contributions

Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Family Leave (Parents and Parent-in-laws), Matrimonial Leave, Study Leave, Exam Leave, Settling Down Leave, Packing Leave, Unrecorded Leave, Annual Leave, Meal Allowance, Handphone Bills Allowance, Transport Allowance, Rental Allowance, Terminal illness Benefit, Dinner & Dance, Medical & Dental Benefit, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Holiday Package, Disability Benefit, Retirement Benefits.

WOAH!
but most of the above were mentioned by a lady who works as a HR in a local hospital.

The CPF board's letter came in a few days back and i opened it unknowingly.
knowing that the CPF booklet for Employers is just a few clicks away on the CPF board website... yes, i went in and checked out most of my co worker's salary.

This confirms what Yin Lei and Sabrina said to me, that i'm fucking underpaid.
just the thought of it makes me boil. it reminds me of all those hypocritical acts & lies... unforgivable.

When the day comes that i leave this company, i make sure i spit everything right in that fucker's face.

Well, of course everyone brings home a different amount. but i hate how he said that the amount i asked for was too much during my initial interview.
too much for a drop out? in fact, it was too little for a 5.5 days work week!
it took me more than 1.5 year to learn about this... imagine the amount they've saved from my monthly wage. damn cunning.

All of them are just stingy & dishonest...
so what they drive a fancy car, owns a landed property and can afford to send their kids overseas to further their studies. they resort to low down tactics when it comes to business dealings...
selling fake automotive spare parts to their clients as if they are genuine parts was still quite okay. but altering their stocks to decrease their taxes?
i was speechless when i got to learn about it... because they managed to get away from so many auditors over the past 20 years. in case you don't know, an auditor comes every half a year to check on our profits and taxes the company accordingly.

Altering their stocks to decrease their taxes is crap... the purpose of Fringe Benefits provided for employees is to decrease their tax. but my bosses would rather take a gamble than spend some money on his workers.
you tell me, such people is stingy or stingy?

And lying to the a M'sian worker that she's eligible for SDF fundings when she isn't even a PR or Singapore Citizen just to tempt her into staying in Singapore to work for them. wtf?
then saying they'll support me if i wanna take up part time courses, but ended up that their support means me preparing all paper works for registration of SDF fundings and all they have to do is stress me when exams are around the corner. fucked up. not as if the remaining amount after SDF fundings were paid by them, it was paid by ME.

The Government is urging people to upgrade themselves, meanwhile employers simply discourages it by giving all sorts of nonsenses to employees who are interested in doing so.

Now it's 2 VS 1
1 who is currently working as a HR in a factory says that nope, not underpaid.
