Between the both of them, whoever was the one who exaggerated stuffs obviously is showing that i post a threat to him / her.
i don't see no reasons why not to feel that way, so i can understand why they did what they did.
That old fuck can come and say mean stuffs right in my face, go ahead.
does he seriously think that i'd go "Ouch, that's a hard slap in my face"?
i can't even be bothered to waste my breath on an idiot like him.
It's useless to know how to talk but slow at work. it's even more useless to think that with that bit of sacarsm you can force people out of their job.
i got this vibes that he thinks that just because he DARES to come to me and make such insulting comments right in my face, he's proving that he's much stronger.
Who was the one who got tested on how good he is at handling payroll but instead proved that he's only good at bullshitting and bragging?
all talks and no actions, i'd say.
Frankly speaking, i'm not the kind of person who tells tales. i can't be bothered enough with him to do so.
you wanna be sarcastic? you wanna insult? go ahead. i don't lose anything when you make such remarks.
I'd stay but i won't make things difficult for him / her. i'd stay, because it's only good for my own resume.
are they good leaders who can motivate people within this department to willingly try and achieve the department's goals?
we all know the answer to this question. we all know what's wrong with this department. we all know why this department's turnover rate is so freaking high. we all are sure the one with problems knows that she's the one with problems, just that she can't be bothered enough to do something about it.
They can continue drowning themselves in this pool of shit.
i'd leave when the time's right.
Work sucks. really.
what's more there's this particular Branch-In-Charge making things difficult for me.
my reaction? i can't be bothered. i'd leave his stuffs to my senior instead.
He does not want to budge and insist that he's right, insisting the senior HR is okay with what he's doing. the senior on the other hand claims that she's not okay with it but she does not talk to him personally about it.
I've had enough of being the middle person and being perceived as the bad one.
how many times have i done that for her? how many times i stood firm on what she told me to do yet in the end she gave in causing staffs to think i'm making things difficult for them?!
Work sucks. totally.
To fellow co-workers... stay strong and hang in there!
