Dreams interpretation

Lucid dreaming is basically "being aware that you are dreaming while dreaming."
"Interpreting a flying dream is fairly simple. Something is generally going RIGHT in your life. You feel free of cares and worries and you have the world at your feet.
Occasionally, we may be flying to avoid something, but the flying in and of itself is still an enjoyable dream activity, and the WAY we do it may tell us more about ourselves than the actual flying.

Freely flying as high or as low as you wish using your arms or feet for direction, often with the ability to do acrobatics in the air is an indication that you feel really good about something in your life. You have confidence in what you are doing or the place you are in life and you know you can live a little now. Things that seemed risky or dangerous before, now in the flying dream, seem so simply to achieve. You are likely very proud of an achievement at work or at home, and life is good."

i dreamt that something went wrong (don't remember what) and i flew away from my friends (didn't see who they were). i was flapping my arms really hard and flying over bridges and buildings. even clinging unto to random structures to rest when i got tired. sounds absurd but i was actually happy.

I remember i used to cry a lot in my dreams and i'll wake up in tears and feeling a mixed of emotions. even though i was totally aware that it was just a dream, it still gets the better of me. the highest record was crying on 3 or 4 different nights within 1 week span. it got so bad my ex-boyfriend would get out of bed and sleep in the living room.

A few weeks back, i dreamt that i got beaten up by my Dad and in my dreams he was repeating the exact same words he said. there is no excuse for violence and this is why i'd never think twice about walking out on violent partners. thinking back, i really have no idea how i put up with a violent partner for 2 years. but i have to admit that i've ever been violent towards some people in my life before and it makes me extremely guilty. still, i do keep my violent tendencies in check.
