Headed over to a my classmate's place for her baby's 1st birthday celebration over the weekend. i was told beforehand that i'd be the only one from our school attending since the invitations were sent out on short notice and the others couldn't make it. not only that, turned out i was also the only Chinese at the party.
Trisha's baby boy is super charming!! he has got big eyes and very long lashes. his lashes are exactly the kind women would die for. no need for mascara or falsies.
There was Bollywood music playing in the background. and the baby boy would stop playing with his new toys once in a while, and shake from left to right to the rhythm. heh.
Dinner was yummy, love the fish curry. i actually had 2 rounds of the buffet spread plus a slice of the sinful birthday cake. fat with a capital F!
And being as anal retentive as ever, i picked what i deem would be the "best" toys for kids. ahem... and that's educational toys.

At this rate i'm going, all the parents will love me but the kids are gonna hate me cos i'm so boring.
i guess the birthday boy is still too young to understand what these toys are for. all that he was obsessed with doing is put the toys which are still in it's original packaging, into his mouth.
